The Apple's iPad 2 is powered by a Qualcomm's dual mode CDMA/GSM chipset to make this device work with both AT&T and Verizon's networks.

Apple is expected to send out invitations a week before the event. The iPad 2 might also come with Apple A5 chip which will make it faster than its successor.

Other Tech sites and News sites reported that the unveiling of the second generation will be delayed until summer, and some says that the delayed unveiling of the iPad 2 is due to Apple promotional cycle which was similar to the first generation iPad, that was reveal in late January 2010.
